Just before the Summer holidays. I built two narrow gauge Locomotives, I think I modeled this one after a Swedish engine and actually by accident!?! I call it The Stadtz. To start I used the same instructions as this locomotive set here and then I tinkered. . . The other one is total freeform. see below.
The Chumley V can easily fit two minifigures into its uncovered cab, see Mr H. C. Basil and Mr Thicket steaming up. I like this
loco - it looks slightly steampunk. It's got loads of levers, gears, oil lubricators, valves, wheels and stuff. It took time but it was lots of fun to make.
